Tim Kruse FP got a call from the sheriff's office, NOT the hospital (it would be more believable if the call was from the hospital instead of the police station). The sheriff Hiram Lodge hired told him that so that the Serpents would riot throughout the north side of Riverdale. One of the executive producers of the show tweeted that Fangs is going to be in the season finale because in THIS interview, Drew said that you will see more of the Serpents in season three. Plus, he was on set filming the finale in full costume.
