You are out of your mind living in a dream world 280,000 good Lord, you do realize that everyone's aware it cost about $15,000 to build a shipping container home right and you think Americans or someone from another country is going to be that stupid to pay $280,000 just because it's in Costa Rica

It doesn’t cost $15,000 for this size. But for a well finished, quality workmanship container home this size - $80,000. This piece of garbage probably did cost about $30,000. It’s awful! So badly built and looks unfinished. Right enough, no Tico in his right mind would look at this for that price, and a US customer would have a good laugh like we are!

Undesireable structure in an undesireable area. Even with upbeat music, this is $90k max. It's basically a mobile home close to almost nothing. I paid less for a luxury 2br, 140sq.m. apartment in one of the most desireable parts of the country.

What a rip off! You are joking! Almost, creeping up there, $300,000 for an ugly shipping container in Costa Rica? Let’s not get into how cheap the labor is, or the poor quality workmanship! The interior looks unfinished! The kitchen is a mess! A total and utter rip off!
