No its free entry. But if you want to go inside Legoland or Bollywood park then you will need ticket. Otherwise outside entire area has free access.

It is open from 10am to 11pm. In one day you can cover everything. Bollywood park, Legoland, fun park has tickets. Rest all area is free.
