you were asking about whether they were rehearsing this for a MV or a concert, but something I don't think yall might realize is that they perform this choreography every time they perform the song! so when a group releases a new song, they go on live televised music shows every night for a few weeks to promote their new music, and they have to perform like this night after night. also if they get booked to perform for festivals, they'll do a few songs with the whole dances too. and every group does this! so choreographies in kpop are just as important as the actual music because it's meant to be listened to and watched all together.

A seventeen concert is literally a perfect concert. They do all of their music and choreo together but then the sub unit come out and its all over. The hip hop unit hypes the show up and kills it with their flow, the performance unit comes out and blows you away with their insane choreo and killer vocals, and then the vocal unit brings it back down to earth with their masterful and melodic vocals and melodies that leave your ears singing! They had one of the most amazing overall concerts i've ever been to in my life!

Seventeen have some of the cleanest choreographies. Also about what you said about how you loved the song because of the choreography, that happens to me a lot with kpop, generally I could dislike a song but I start watching the dance practices and dance covers and I end up liking the song because I love the choreography, happened to me with Twice's Likey, Momoland's Bbam and Bboom Bboom, NCT's Boss and Cherry Bomb, BLACKPINK's As If It's Your Last, (G)IDLE's Latata, Hyuna's Lip & Hip, Sunmi's Gashina, among others. The only groups whose songs are always a hit with me regardless of choreography are BTS, Day6, and The Rose. Also, please react to Blood Sweat and Tears MV and Dance Practice! Both of them are favorites to most ARMYs!

I dont know if someone said this in the past 2 years, but SVT has been together for a loooong time even after they were a kpop group, they were kids, so they know each others a lot, and they know their strengths, thats why ther are good.
@lailanichelle45606 жыл бұрын
okay so the person behind the camera was kinda right? they said the bs answer that Joshua gave us carats (fans) a few years back. there were originally 17 members, but three left before debut and one (samuel, the baby) debuted as a solo artist instead. and yes, their chemistry is amazing there was only 12 people in this video (and that entire comeback) because wonwoo, one of my biases, was on a medical hiatus. he's okay now, of course, but he didn't do promotions for very nice seventeen always have really good choreo. as a dancer too, I can see that their stuff is super complex. you should react to some of their other dance practices! also, not a dance practice, but lilili yabbay (by the performance unit, made up of hoshi, jun, the8, and dino) has an amazing choreography. I think you guys would enjoy it. you can just watch the music video, it's all the dance you might be tired of them, but bts also has some really cool dances. fire and idol are my favorites that actually have a practice vid, so it would be cool if you guys checked them out! also (this is the last one, I promise lol) astro is insanely good at dancing too. I know you guys reacted to always you, but other songs have even more awesome choreographies, like crazy sexy cool, baby, and again (which is my favorite oops) happy watching!

in this era they were only 12 and the bunny in the front represents the member that was on a hiatus cause of health issues. usually the performance unit coreographs everything (hoshi is the main choreographer) including remixes/different arrangements for special performances. also everyone participates in the making of the songs but woozi (the shortest one) is the main producer. so much talent centered aroud these 13 people is just unbelievable.

Seventeen doesn't need to find a choreographer because they are their own choreographers. Seventeen are known as self-produced idols because they write and produce their own songs and they choreograph their own dances. One of the members Hoshi is the choreographer and along with the performance (dance) unit members he choreographs all their dances. And another of their members Woozi writes and composes all their songs along with the input from the rest of the vocal unit. So they do it all themselves which is not typical for Kpop groups. I mean yes, most groups have members who are song writers and dancers that write some of the group's songs and have a big hand and influence in the dancing, but for the most part, most groups have outside song writers and choreographers that create material for them and they just learn the song and dance. That's what makes Seventeen so unique, plus the members are all in their late teens and early 20s so they are extremely accomplished for their age. What you just saw was all them, and the synchronicity you saw was pure talent that was created by the members. Woozi has said, and I am sure Hoshi has felt the same way some times, that he feels a lot of pressure in his role in the group, because the success or failure and popularity of the group is riding on whether he can create the next hit song and if they can pull off another unique synchronized dance routine. And then they have to be able to get 12 other guys to be able to pull it all off and make it completely new and fresh every time.. Their talent is unmatched. You should check out the dance practice for Seventeen's song "Don't Wanna Cry" next and then the 2x faster version.

Kpop concerts do a range of things. For example seventeen have 3 subunits with different concepts. 1 is the vocal unit (they do more slow songs) 2 is the hip-hop (largely rap) and 3rd is performance (which is all but with amazing dancing) - so it won’t get boring

Omg you get it!!!!! It takes so much more to synchronize 13 than say 6. We joke that Seventeen stands for Synchronization but it’s bc it’s what they are known for(that and their vocal harmonies)...(Lol and they write and produce all their own stuff and Hoshi one of the members is the Choreographer they don’t use an outside source). Don’t wanna cry put them on the map bc of the song and the AMAZING choreo. I was on a dance team of 13 and we were decent but we never had this level of sync. Fun fact it was before half these kids were born. Check out their dance practice for Call Call Call. You’ll flip.

there are 13 members but khadija was right when she counted twelve people the bunny marking center stage is actually a fox plushy used to take the place of a member who was sick and couldn't promote the song with them. also seventeen has beautiful vocals too. the 3 subunits they are split into is performance (the leader to the performance team has a hand in all the choreography), the vocal team (the leader of that unit writes, composes, and produces their songs), and the hip hop team.
@roserain70346 жыл бұрын
"I feel like if I just heard this song I probably wouldn't love it, it's cool, it's fun but u wouldn't like love it but watching this, I'm so into it." How did she predicated what happened to me?
