How would you remove the mechanism? I want to change it out for another one but don’t want to damage my binder.

Hi 😊 You would need to do that with a plier and a screw driver. You would have to loosen the old rings with the help of these tools to remove it completely. Unfortunately, we don't have any specific tutorial 😔

If you use the eyelet, why can’t you just turn it the other way, so the whole ring is on the outside?

If you put the "ugly" part of the eyelet on the outside you can cover it like in the video, but if you put the ugly part on the inside there is no way to cover it. I hope this answers your question 😊 Thanks for watching our videos! 🤗
