Jis scale me aap comfortably gaa paao vahi scale choose krna hai,jisme aapko zara sa bhii force apply na krna pade apne throat pr.Agr aapko samjhne me problem aaye then u can do one thing,firstly take a help of keyboard or harmonium which one u are having then play all the 7 notes one by one in every scale and check in which scale u can sing all the notes comfortably,jisme aapko zara sa bhii force na lgana pade.If u will find that scale,do riyaaz in that only.
