@saba Riza has eating disorder. I saw a case where a lady couldn't eat vegetables and fruits but she could eat only cheese and potato. Riza should be counseled well and encouraged to introduce one fruit at a time to avoid any circumstances in future.

Riza shouldn't be forced like that. Forcing foods will cause more hatred towards it. Fruits can be given in the form of smoothie,milk shakes or ice cream. Being a gentle positive parent, it ached me to see Riza like that. Anyways, congratulations to our boy Rehan 🤗🥰

Fruit juice idea is good but you can't make smoothies with citrus fruits so try making chatpata Salad, Fruit Custard aur even pulao with fruits and then eat with family. Riza will definetely start eating. Jaise kuch bacche sabziyan nahi khaate waise hi kuch bacche fruits nahi khaate. Riza is really a good girl if she doesn't like fruits there must be some reason. There are plenty of options for eating and you can always play with fruits 🍍🍎🍓🍇. Koi baat nahi Riza jab acha lage tab khana. 🙂❤

I guess if Reza doesn’t like to eat whole fruits, incorporate in smoothies. Also u can make milkshake and add fruits. She won’t see it but will enjoy the flavours. Avocado is not a fruit. Eat it when it’s ripe and slightly soft to the touch. It needs a squeeze of lime or it will oxidize quickly and turn black. You can eat it spread on a toast with salt, black pepper and red chili flakes. Top it with a double fry or half fry egg. With a little bit of hot sauce. Yummm. You can also make a dip with it. You mash it, add chopped red onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, coriander( cilantro) leaves. Squeeze lime juice salt and pepper. Eat it with tortilla chips or vege sticks. It’s a dip. If you want to make it more delicious you add a little crushed garlic. Enjoy

my phone was on charge and as I picked up I saw your notification as it was an unconditional love and smile on face 💕 saba it's a mind game let riza understand that she can have any sort of fruit it's only her mind which is not accepting the taste of fruit. just like someone told me to have beetroot smoothie but I was like ewww how to have beetroot and even its smoothy but once I tried it just a small sip and really it was irritating but I tried to have it and somehow after few days I develop my taste buds for beetroot smoothie and now I am having it on daily basis. so just let riza taste one fruit on daily bases and even twice a day but not a full fruit only a small chunk she will inshallah develop her buds for fruits. rest both Riza and Rehan are doing their best and MashaAllah MashaAllah to Rehan in Bhai's sherwani vlog he was really looking like a mature adult and the way he was behaving in a respectful manner towards Bhai was just amazing.
