I can't tap on the avatar to get the card though Had the green dot on it but it won't do shite no matter how many times I click on it

You'd had to create a rizcard using a layout & avatar (song art) in the Collections Shop Once your rizcard is complete, then you'll unlock the ability to share your rizcard using Bluetooth (and continue with getting the character/charter in-game rizcards) by swiping your card upwards of your screen
