easier to buy bloodthorn and proceed to melt away even tankiest cores, just buy fast witchblade and it will kinda replicate what scepter does (not really, but it gives kinda similar advantage) I don't buy scepter personally cuz veno's already a good damage dealer, and as a character you can't call him weak or useless. I think fast Gleipnir is better for some cases instead of Orchid. It increases farming ability AND has AoE root status for pretty long time. If you have LC, Pudge or any other killstack hero with this, it's free real estate.
