@@jagratijoshi9128 actually I have noticed that whenever I do any sort of hard work or cardio exercises initially that seems like a big challenge because of asthma, but after a few days I don't feel any problem - health gets better - I feel like I almost don't have asthma. Planning to buy a treadmill, because we don't have much space here. Will you recommend something more?

@deependra Mera maano too active rehna hi first priority hai, active rehne se body ka immune system theek rahega - plus baki lifestyle diseases bhi nehi hoga. Iske alawa, jab bhi attack hota hai mera too mai steam vapour leta huu, immediately thoda relief milta hai (nasal cavity ka congestion kam hota hai isse). Baki, salbutamol (I use ASTHALIN-4) hai gharpe - doctor ne bola thaa bohat badh jaaye too gatak lena 😄

@deependra Permanent ilaj allopathy me sayad nehi hai, mujhe too nehi pata bhai. Ayurved kehta hai - apne body k 3 dosho ko balance karne se har rog chala jaata hai - maine try kiya - kaam karta hai - par maintain nehi kar pata mai theek se - khaana, exercise, habits bohat kuchh dekhna padta hai usme. Btw, apke sis ka age kya hai?

Larger airways like trachea is contain cartilage so it is not affect more than bronchi and bronchiols

you gave nice information on asthma. my uncle was also suffering from this disease for the past 7 years. they took many medicines. but their condition is going worse day by day. one day I came to know about planet ayurveda. I and my uncle visited there. they gave him an asthma care pack and after taking that pack he is improving now.

Mam. 1 suggestion- try to use hindi words which are common. It will be easy to understand for common man. For example- trap ho gyi hai : fass gyi hai; accumulation: ikatha ho gya hai; inflammation: sujan etc. This I suggested because my mother wanted to understand asthma but despite the video being in hindi, I had to explain her.
