I am sorry but let's not generalise the thing. I myself being a bank staff I am saying most of the times I take my lunch after 2.30 .people will come exact on 1.59 knowing that it will take time but they insist us to go after finishing their work. in the mean time 2 3 more customers come n do the same That's also not right . According to rbi there is no lunch time and 1 shound not be kept waiting but then in most of the branches there is severe staff shortage So it's very hard to please all

For those who are mentioning SBI here. My husband works for SBI , and there are many days he comeback home without having his lunch due to work load and commitment . I keep asking him , how is his stress levels , how about lunch.. the reality is known only for the family members of SBI Employees . If we aren't able to point out a positive.. let's not talk about them at all .. every single person , department, organisations have there own challenges. .

Ye vo log hai jo Pvt Bank ke manmane charge dete hai par Govt Bank me 15 Rs SMS charge dene par bhi inki jaan nikal jati hai. Ye SBI osr hi comment kar sakte hai RBL ya UCO par nahi kyoki inke un bank par comment karne ko kon sunta hai. Aise logo ko ignore karo. Agar SBI wale kaam nahi karte to inse poocho 50 crores customers kaise hai, sabse jyada profit negative comments karne walo ka baap kama kar deta hai. Govt scheme SBI sabse jyada lagu karta hai jara ye gyani pvt Bank me jsn dhan account ya mudra loan lekar dikhaye jute mar kar bhaga denge wo bhi without lunch.
