Is it possible to use these lightbars without a control box?

Are you referring to lightbars in general, traffic advisors or which model? Most do require some sort of control box to tell certain lightheaded to activate, by what pattern, etc. Some of the old old lightbars could operate by a switch to activate power to a halogen bulb, small motor, etc.

Hey, would you be willing to sell on of them I cant find them anywhere? I just picked up a Federal Signal Vista the other day and it has a traffic advisor on it. Thanks

I currently have a couple left for my display models. I have tried to reach out to the individual that I purchased them with with no luck. I don't know if they are discontinued or what so far.

I never was able to put one up as each time I was pulling the link, nothing was working and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for this controller. I will set it up as a pdf file and see if I can load it up somewhere and post the new link up for everyone.
