There are so many mistakes in the answer key, at least 6 questions must be deleted. There are no such doctrines as imbibing essence or homogenous interpretation. If there are, provide a source where you have read them. They have incorrectly framed the reasonable interpretation maxim with Onam instead of Quam which confused the meaning of the maxim. The person cannot be retried as per 300crpc as they have omitted JMSC. 1 wrong in Hindi and another wrong in English. All of these questions must be deleted.
