आरजेएस का प्रीलिम्स पेपर सिर्फ उन लोगों के लिए लीक हुआ है जो यह एग्जाम क्लियर नहीं कर पा रहे हैं... वे लोग अपनी कमियों को छुपाने के लिए पेपर लीक जैसी अफवाह फैला रहे हैं और यह वही लोग है जो जयपुर और जोधपुर पेपर देने कम अय्याशी करने ज्यादा गए थे... और ऐसे लोग जीवन में कुछ नहीं कर पाते हैं.
