My life muladharam is chanting the Holy Names. First thing I do after getting up is taking bath and then chanting the Holy Names for 2.5 hours. Being in USA did not give me happiness - being materially blessed did not, no matter how much I make, it gets used up for something. But chanting the Holy Names remains my sole respite. People live their lives simply without any purpose and therefore are unhappy. Lack of aim is the root reason for frustration. In contrast, those who are resolute in their purpose are very rare, and are endeavoring towards something of value. The right purpose there more is most important life. Choose the right purpose, and that is serving the Holy Names!
