There are a few different ways you can get very easy loot from cheesing Battle Towers early game in RLCraft 2.9.2. Big loot, low risk.

So firstly you don't actually need a switch bow to use custom arrows of any sorts, anything which uses arrows as ammo can fire them too. Now another interesting strat which might be vital for the upcoming hcc is the invisibility strat. If you get yourself the invisibility potion effect and are wearing no armor or plain leather armor mobs won't aggro on you unless you hit them or are completely in their face meaning you can still break/place/carry on blocks without being spotted especially when you are sneaking since that stacks with invis detection range reduction as well

I will have you know, I watched your video and got the tip about the hopper. I decided to go up the side, mine through the walls to get the lower level loot, then use a hopper and chest for the top two. Oh, the best laid plans of mice and men. I forgot what chest I was on and opened the one below the golem. Good times ensued. Nice vid.

Thanks for the guide! Just started over after... let's just say a series of crushing failures. Raided the first battle tower I saw pretty much without a hitch (started with a pillar up to the slime ball floor, then just grappled my way up to the rest of the chests). Nice way to start the playthrough with a bit of momentum, for once.

just a little thing, hoppers has its own storage albeit quite small, so you don't really need a barrel all that much, just have a hopper, it don't aggro the golem

If you are still early game, it is much better to clear the tower. Great source of xp. Just block the entry ways off with a single block and smite away

most of them have broken floors that let monsters fall through, and a single special mob will easily kill you right away

@@blackwatch4709 So, i literally JUST NOW after i said my last comment, did one and the monsters were falling through the holes in the floors, bunching up. I got through cause i got a nice sweep 3 diamond sword already, but that blight cave spider that fell down nearly ended me cause you don't have time to block up the holes.

If you build up with blocks so that the chess is just out of render distance you can just bow the golem and the golem won’t get agro at you…

@@SomeNutzGuy No, not really. It just takes about 3/4 of a stack of arrows but you can’t do it with a regular bow. At least you could as of 2.9.1… I haven’t tried it yet with 2.9.2.

I had blight cobold attacked me once. I thought that it's thing shiv made so that we wouldn't have easy time getting xp in last update. But now I'm thinking, was I on low hp that time?

you can use a hopper but you can also put a barrel below the hopper to put all of the loot in instead of emptying the hopper every 5 items or howerver many it holds

Uhh i have travelee so far that waystone teleport costs 14 levels, found multiple supreme enchancements of all kind, found 3 supreme sharpness, 3 villagers with upgraded potentials, 2 with advanced mending and not a single one adv prot.... I have even found a god damn shivaxi monument for the second time....

You don't actually need to use CarryOn or the hopper strat to get the second to last chest

@@Arthamus It still triggers the golem, but you can cheese it easily by standing 3 blocks behind it (so 2 blocks between you and the chest) and 2 blocks down from floor level. if you did this correctly you can open the chest without the golem activating. sorry if i explained badly

I agree! But you can't really beat the Golem in Iron Armour. So you can do this after clearing the rest of the tower too. Or this is good for Hardcore when doing a tower normally early game is a bad idea but you want the loot.
