I stopped using what I started it for i loved the happy planner for the creativity but then I would watch social and want all the things.... I could never find and then people were so desperate to get they were stealing pages out of sticker books and the news started coming out to fast. the feeling of being trapped as not good enough felt to strong. So I too switched to rings. I still want stickers but not all stickers. I want it to highlight not be all of it. I give props to all the planner babes who are loving happy planner still. The cost was like to prohibitive for so many. They would see my planner and be like oh I love it but it is way to expensive. I think I caught your change about the same time I was changing. that is too funny!

I am happy that you posted this video and decided to share. Lately, I’ve been feeling discontent with my planner system. I feel like I’m at a crossroads on what direction I should take. This video has shown me that I am not the only one who has been experienced this feeling. With an activity that in the past brought so much joy.

"only planner I will use" #mood XD I started with Happy planner also and I shouldn't because I have a stationery addiction and they didn't help me at all with all those awesome stickers and then it was just a rabbit hole down bujo and planner and so many cute stickers

I am going through the same thing, only after having bought 3 2020 planners. 😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I went back and forth all week because of all of the money I have spent. I feel SO guilty. I have also set up an A5 Carpe Diem with Peanuts Planner Co. inserts. I love the simplicity of the inserts, but trying to get happy about printing and cutting out my own inserts. Hoping to find my peace. Enjoyed your video!

Thank goodness you didn't get into squad: Can you imagine getting in, then realizing the Happy Planner wasn't YOU/for you? Geez, then you'd be grinding away at something you hate doing! I've been wanting to go more minimal after using an HP for a full year lol. I got myself a Miss Maker planner with the purpose of using up as many HP stickers as I could. It worked out really well - I made a big dent in my sticker collection but now I'm kinda over it heh. I'm actually using an A5 ring binder next year along with a couple of other things. :) Which planner channels did you mention in the video? Would love to check them out!

It works for a while and it definitely brings out beautiful spreads, but functionality-wise, it wasn’t working out for me anymore. I watch Planning With Alo when I was transitioning, she helped a lot. I also watch Bunny Plans, Mady Plans, SMPlans, and much more! I usually just do a search “minimal planner” and several channels show up 😊
