RLF Grant Perspectives around WV

Are you thinking about applying for an EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) grant? Do you already have an RLF grant but need help getting started? In this session, you can learn about RLF grants from three WV RLF grantees: the WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), the City of Huntington, and the City of Weirton. WVDEP will explain how they got their RLF started in their Brownfields Revolving Fund Program and the successful projects the RLF has funded to date. The WVDEP RLF has provided both loans and subgrants to brownfield redevelopment projects in WV. WVDEP will detail the various options applicants have with RLF funding, including entering the site into WVDEP's Voluntary Remediation Program. The Cities of Huntington and Weirton will also discuss their successful projects as well as challenges and benefits of an RLF. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
