Aku tanya sebab kalau lelaki, biasanya telur rebus separuh, ikan bilis, dengan kacang dalam nasi lemak RM 1 tu tak mengenyangkan. Dua bungkus pun, apalah sangat, sebab nasi pun ciput. Pasal tu orang biasanya pergi gerai nasi lemak tambah telur goreng, ayam goreng, sambal paru, itu ini (Macam dua orang yang komen dekat atas ni). Kalau nasi lemak RM 1 dia ada telur goreng dengan nasi banyak, aku naklah jugak tahu dekat mana gerai tu. Kalau takde, to each, his own. Nasi lemak aku, sekurang-kurangnya RM 5-7 baru kenyang. Fahamkan eh, sayang.

If you ever in Bukit Bintang area locate the open air stalls by the side of WISMA GENTING. First stall nasi lemak is a pakcik type nasi lemak..choose your own dish... sedappp

I think my favorite type of nasi lemak is the nasi lemak bungkus with banana leaf at the mamak shop that was probably sitting there the whole day, yang dah perap bau daun pisang that type, the RM1 one.... it's cheap, it's fragrant..... you can probably eat 2 packets like that one... (mainly because it's cheap and I'm cheap)... it might sound disgusting, but anyone else feels the same???

How can it be disgusting when its what people normally go for? These RM50+ nasi lemak, you might try it once just to say you've tried it but it wont be something you eat on the daily (unless you're filthy rich and dont care about expenses). Mamak restaurant where I'm at only sell nasi lemak ayam berempah (the middle one RM5-RM6+) in the evening.

Let's be honest, we always play favourite when it comes to nasi lemak. You cannot be "I want to eat nasi lemak" and go to the nearest stall/restaurant for one. You will always know your favourite nasi lemak spots, be it at day or night, and the places. There will always be your favourite one in your hometown, in you neighborhood, at your work place, near your gym etc. Unless you have no preferences that you stick with the fast food option. No hate on fast food nasi lemak. They taste good too. 😅😁

Tbh, i never ever ever going to try those 3 nasi lemak. I prefer a simple nasi lemak, that bungkus with daun pisang or newspaper one. The best nasi lemak for me was back to my sekolah rendah days. Had to go through pagar and bushes then to berek polis. Cant remember already how much it cost but so damn good. For me that are the best nasi lemak. Homecook, simple and delicious, cheap and the most important satisfying.

For me, a perfect nasi lemak should be... 1. Rice, enough santan, cooked well, not too guumy/sticky/too much liquid. Fragrant smell from the pandan & ginger. 2. Sambal, must be spicy, slightly sweet at the end, not too sweet or spicy, balance on both. 3. Egg, Omellete or hard boil is fine. 4. Ikan bilis & peanut, (Do I need to explain this? 😅) Crispy, fried until golden brown, not burnt. Lastly...Fried Chicken, any type of fried chicken will do.

Hakikatnya, tak semua makanan mahal tu sedap dan yang murah tu tak sedap. Taste does matter. Kalau aku, lebih prefer nasi lemak makcik tepi jalan tu berbanding makan nasi lemak kat cafe(standard). So not worthy, unless portion wise and of course, sedap. 😋 But still, I am proud of our national dish, Nasi Lemak. 🇲🇾

I think the best nasi lemak that so lemak is from northern peninsular. Perak also good, but less lemak. In teluk intan, I tried their nasi lemak. Their sambal really sweet. Probably the best sweet sambal I ever taste. It will be best if combine with northern nasi lemak.

Bagi saya nasi lemk yg paling sedap adalah sambalnya org melayu yg buat. Org legend yg buat ada i jumpa kat shah alam masa time puasa dia buka memang sedap org veteran macam nenek kita buat sedap i tangan dia lagi murah.
