I had the '83 model. I was highly impressed by both how fast that little bike was and how incredibly smooth the Full Floater system worked. Suzuki didn't skimp out and leave this system off of the 80, and I can't tell you how good a decision that was. I also had an '85 RM 125 that utilized the same rear suspension (the last year for the Full Floater) and I understood completely why Hannah loved these types of suspension systems.

Yes I agree.Needs to run richer R u missing the front brake? It would help you a lot to stop on those turns. I am a former MX racer from the 70's.

Thanks it's not too bad for a 1987 Suzuki rm80! Now I gotta finish fixing the front brake master cylinder , & work on the track some more

Great video. Just picked one up on a kinda sight unseen deal. Im here thinking they way to big for the pw50 these days and bored of the lt80, ill pick em up a rm80. Pick it up and am like dAmn, they gonna die on this

Sorry I'm alittle big for this bike lol but my first real dirtbike was a 89 rm80 & almost 34 years old playing around on this I ride it like I'm riding flat track because this is my track it's flat I also stand up when it's truly needed thanks for the pointer though my main bikes are my moto bike 08 crf250r & my flat track 15 crf450r
