In that case it's a rectangle, so both isosceles trapezium(?) and parallelogram.

In question 3 After finding OG,GH,HD,AO etc I constructed angle bisector of angle abd and extended it to meet AD at I. Now I is the incentre[since ad is also the angle bisector and AI is also angle bisector(By construction)] Now ID would be the inradius after which i proved that ID = IG=r(inradius) which implies that G lies on incircle of ΔABC. Is this correct?
