@famousgrouse1966 didn't it feel like you was there though? Like, we were guest there and we was part of this group? Just happy for the newlyweds and that feeling of just natural joy you usually have at a wedding? And nobody cares what anyone else thinks and everyone feels like a really close bond and family, that feeling of truly being able to let go, have fun and just be yourself!!! Thats really what these people and this video brings out in me, if only for 10 minutes or so. It's an Irish weeding though, which means Tommy and Johnny are probably getting into a fight outside right now. But no worries, they'll be sharing a pint 10 minutes after that and talking about how they've really always enjoyed each other's company!!! Lol, now that's an Irish weeding.

Not sure how many times over the years I have seen this but it is still as beautiful as the first time. Showed this to a co worker today while talking about wanting to go to Ireland some day. I went through Dublin 3 time while going/coming from deployments and its gorgeous. This young lady in the black dress is so beautiful.

That's like when everyone gone home after the wedding around 5am party. If you like this type of song check out the Dubliners - Galway Races" that's another good drinking song at Irish weddings and parties 🍺

That's how we Irish/Scottish do our weddings. Party until they close then we go to a bar until we drop.

I have always wanted to spend the evening with friends and family like this, drinking, singing and enjoying ourselves. It brings me joy and tears, really... But they keep me out of things like a weird family member locked up in the attic or cellar. :D

I’m a McGinnis from County Antrim, this gets deep into the soul. There’s a lullaby that’s very similar to this. Her voice is pure and gold.

MCurdy from County Donegal. My grandfather used to sing this song. Fond memories, but her voice is better than grandad's!
