APO isoforms are ApoB48 and ApoB100, there is no ApoB102. thanks for the video

Do you have a good video on how ADAR1 and ADAR2 recognizes sequences? I would love to see a detailed video on these enzymes

Great video but editosome are the complexes of insertions and deletion of u with grna

what if CAA appears at other positions on the gene ? how does the editosome acquire specificity and why is it that editing is pre splicing and predominantly restricted to coding regions ?

Plz tell me where the enzyme cytidine deaminase act in this editing

Sir as you said that gRNA are the degraded introns and you said a point that RNA editing occurs before splicing how is that happening? can you please exlpain

Have you got the answer?
@supriyapathak66456 жыл бұрын
Prior to that splicing many introns are present there in nucleus resulting from splicing of other rnas
@nikablecich77539 жыл бұрын
Just a small correction - RNA editing happens with high frequency also in the nc regions which produce ncRNAs. In this way RNA editing influences both the ncRNA metabolism as well as the function of the ncRNAs which is gene expression regulation thus contributing to the complexity of the system.

In this video u said that rna editing occurs in exons segment but in the first video of rna editing u said that introns takes part in the rna editing.....which one is correct??

Exons. Introns just helps in making gRNA.

sir i have confusion.... u have told that gRAN r degrade introns... so how it is possible that rna editing occur before splicing.... plz explain

if the process occurs jus b4 splicing , then how could it be possible for gRNA to mediate the process??? please clear ...thanks
