The reason grimjow was even there was because he wanted to get rid of anyone who had even a shred of spiritual power regardless of if they could fight or not which conflicted with the way he acted in only wanting to kill someone who was a match for him. personally grimjow seems kinda lacking if he really felt he had to kill anyone with even a shred of small power. that's just me though
