@letlovereign not sure who you're saying that isn't talking about him enough, but... He's a Top 10 R&B producer, part of one of the greatest bands there ever was... He's been nominated for an Oscar for music he's produced on Mudbound Nominated for an Emmy for his work on Lovecraft Country... He recently won a Grammy for Cuff It on the Renaissance album by Beyoncé and has been nominated for Grammy's since "Anniversary" He won a Grammy for D'Angelo "Be Here" Some of this I looked up because I didn't know ... However, I did know about Lovecraft Country and MudBound. I also know about his work with Beyoncé and Solange. Now I did some of the work for you... Google him because there's more.

Back in the day, I sang background vocals for my buddy when we opened for Goapele at the TLA in Philly. She was incredibly kind and gracious. I got a preview on podcasts 😂. I love that she mentioned ‘One Mo Gin’ by D’Angelo. That’s always been one of favorites from Voodoo. I definitely performed it in a couple rooms where no one had a clue what I was singing😅. Great episode!!
