Welkom. I have downloaded software from your website. When i put it disc into rns510, nothing happens on display, still red stripes with info about swl cd. Can be this problem with laser? Is another way to put new software directly to flash, with for example setconfig or another program? CD with software also won't to eject with knob. Stay inside rns. Thx in advance

@RepairAllTV thx for fast answer. I have already done cleaning laser. This not help. When I look inside i see red light from laser. When I use vcds I see that probably radio was ever updated to SW1200 (HW04 1200) but originally came with SW1100. Maby this is the reason that rns won't to regrade software? I can't still eject my cd... I make this to manually turn motor to eject the cd. Then I put another cd but no reactio from start to update

there can be two problems. but I don't know which one it is without checking the radio. 1 may be the problem as in the video. software update. 2 can be the first board, this rns510 model has two boards. not the low one but the high one
