hello, how are you i have a rns510 has a problems like 1- when i start the car rns not working 2- when i press the on button may be working and may not 3- it does not work with multicontrol 4- when it start may be go off immediatly and does not work again what should i do to solve this problem ?

there can be two problems. but I don't know which one it is without checking the radio. 1 may be the problem as in the video. software update. 2 can be the first board, this rns510 model has two boards. not the low one but the high one
