I was thinking atroce's attacks would be neutral and miss on ghost lvl 4. i guess his hits count as shadow? good to know. I'm gonna start using a bathory on him XD.

Diego Rivera from players, yes I understand. Ghostring card doesn't reduce damage in pvm. Still, I'm finding it odd that Ghost 4 isn't reducing normal melee attacks at all. Especially when we know that Raydric would reduce those same attacks and it's a neutral attack reduction. I'm sure it's something to do with the mechanics of mvps being involved.

+Fektthis Because monster auto attack are considered non-elemental. So it's not reduced by Ghost Element. But card effect that reduced neutral attack, such as Raydric, can reduce them both. (In some servers, they are written as Neutral/Non-element in the card description.)
