Hi, Your video gave me best of the information available in youtube regarding the RO purifier, Today i have assesmbled the KENT RO grand purifier,as purified water is not coming, I came to know the problem is in the RO Membrane,as only few drops of purified water is coming out from RO membrane. Can you please suggest the best RO Membrane in the market as in our locality high TDS water is present. Kent technicians is changing all components for the above said problem charging 6,000 rupees for 3 months. *Can you please clarify* 1) should i install 2nd prefilter for best filteration,as already installed one prefilter. 2) which kind on spun should be used. 3) how to check the condition of (a) sediment filter (b) booster pump (c)activated carbon filter (d)uf filter ...etc And when should i need to change them. Hope you will clarify my doubts, and thank you for beautiful videos.

I'm glad that you liked my videos 😃 High TDS number = ? For you, use 100gpd motor ( not less than this ) RO membrane: Kent/ Lexpure/ CSM/ Vontron Drop 1-2 Anti-scalant balls inside RO membrane housing. 1) Pre-filter only helps in dust/sand/slit, not in reducing salts. So 2nd stage pre-filter not required. 2) Lexpure Spun. 3) You can't open and check sediment/carbon/UF stages. Change them after every 1year. @@UnlockingGyan hello, I have bought 80 gpd ro membrane and housing and i have replaced it with the old one. From the NEW RO membrane output pure water is coming but the rejected water is not coming out . Right now 550 FR is present. Which FR should be replace 450 fr or 550fr . Our booster Pump is diaphragm dp 100+ ( is this a 100 gpd motor ?? I am not able to find the specification on internet) . Please suggest which FR should be used for the above pump and 80 gpd konvio membrane! Early replay is appreciated 👍

@@vijayvijjuc4 100+ means 100gpd motor only 😃 You must be observing reverse, impure coming continuously not the pure one ( check with TDS metre) 450 or 550 both fr are ok 👍 You must have not placed new ro membrane properly inside housing, press the ro membrane to bottom of housing... Rest I can't tell without seeing myself... 😭

Autoflush unit is missing in this. Autoflush helps in increasing filters life. If tds is high we must use autoflush system
