I really thanks to those brothers who pull that kefsiged cow carrying pickup, being animal lover I feel very sad for those animals who can't speak. Why wait for government i think the sumo driver need to do some work say since its the road of tuensang,kongleng mon and mokokchung and some parts of sumi...so the sume driver should organise a charity work with a timeline of one day and the money collected should be used in constructing the road its not a lomg streched maybe with 3-5 lakh the sume driver can complete it...jist my option though
