I am from Somerset West just around the corner from where you are. I am in Saudi Arabia and sitting on a spinning bike because it is to hot to cycle outside. I miss my cycling route and missing my home country..love it to bits. Will return after a few years in Saudi.

I just found your channel a few days ago and am stunned by the beauty of your country. There don't appear to be any bike lanes on the highway; are the car drives pretty considerate of bicyclists? (BTW: I'd move there in a heartbeat, from the Toronto area 🇨🇦)

Cheers William! Actually I am from Austria but do quite some cycling in SA. On this particular road is no bike lane but safe to ride your bike. Many other roads have a big shoulder, so no problem. In all the years of riding in SA I never had one issue. As long the cyclist is considerate, so is the motorist. Greetings Ingo
