Hahahah ness bridge. Ya that use to be fun back in the early 90s..... finally rebuilt. But the sewers were probably left alone. Or the volume of them. All the rain, and 2 days of snow didn't help during this flooding a month back. The ground was saturated and then bam, snow. Water had no where to go.

@@SB-LifeOTR yes, I agree. I was born in Toronto, with mild warm winters, then moved to NFLD, with wet mild warm winters, and then winnipeg, with long as fuck, dry winters and bipolar weather if I ever saw some lol. Everywhere else is warm compared to here.
