quimjuicemonkey aha don't worry mate, the piston went again the other day so it only lasted me a few rides. I'll probably be giving it a full rebuild now as I'm missing it already!

I think the cause of it this time was a sharp piece on the sidewall of the cylinder I didn't smooth out enough. Still don't think the bottom end needs work but might rebuild it just to be on the safe side !

Do you have the links to the Speedo, rear plate holder and battery that you used? wanting to make my yz85 street legal, dont know what battery to use that will work. Thanks

Speedo was just a cheap bicycle speedo from eBay (uses a magnet to work). You can also get an enduro 12v rear LED tail light (with plate holder) from eBay and that will run off any 12v battery. You will have to find a way of adding switches to the front and rear brakes too.

What wheels and tires are those? and do you have to switch the brakes or rotors when you out the wheels on?

MrTacticaltoenail they are 12" pitbike wheels with spacers to fit. No brake disk / caliper swapping necessary.

Look like 12", Kawasaki do a klx/kdx125 tracker iirc that has 14" wheels. They look far more in proportion.

Road legal with no lights,no mirrors no plate?

There was a number plate and a rear brake light on the bike. Other lights and mirrors not needed for a bike registered as an enduro in the UK.
