The Shmel 11A road marking machine is designed for airless horizontal road marking using quick-drying paints using retroreflective glass beads.
" Shmel 11A " is the most popular road marking machine in the CIS countries. The machine has a relatively small size and high maneuverability, thanks to which it is perfectly suitable for marking not only for main roads, but also for city streets.
Main technical specifications:
- engine (Briggs & Stratton) with maximum power: 23 hp (17 kW);
- engine fuel type: AI-92;
- inlet compressor capacity (Fini): 380 l / min;
- conditional performance of the paint pump (Graco): 26 l / min;
- application speed of a single solid line (width 15 cm, 800 g / m2): 10.8 km / h;
- application speed of a double solid line (width 15 cm, 800 g / m2): 5.5 km / h;
- maximum marking speed: 12 km / h;
- maximum working paint pressure: 130 bar;
- capacity of the capacity for the paint: not more than 600 kg;
- capacity of a container for glass beads: no more than 240 kg;

- a beam-type beacon on the car cabin, a point-type beacon on an awning frame at the back of the machine, a stroboscopic beacon on a marking block;
- motion sensor glass;
- intercom;
- “Video marker” system;
- sign of the direction of detour obstacles (700 mm) on the swivel bracket;
- manual spray gun (extension 40 cm, hose 10 m, Graco);
- a manual air gun for cleaning work equipment with air.
Additional options for the road marking machine:
- a marking block with one pair of marking and powder guns and an operator's chair on the right side of the machine (Kamber);
- an additional pair of spray and powder guns (Kamber);
- illumination of the marking block and the operator’s workplace at night;
- photosensor of the beginning of the line (with the possibility of installation on any gun);
- cluster sign of the obstacle detour direction (1050 x 1050 mm, cluster 200 mm);
- system for pumping paint into a container (productivity 50 kg / min);
- equipment for the use of paints in two different colors;
- hydraulic mixer in the paint tank;
- a set of equipment for applying cold spray plastic in a ratio of 98: 2, which includes the presence of a hydraulic mixer in a container with material and one gun per marking unit on the left side of the machine;
- a system for repeating road marking of LIS on the right side of the machine with one pair of marking and sprinkling guns;
- a pedal duplicating the start button of the marking control panel;
- a set of equipment for applying spray plastic 98:2 (one line);
- a set of equipment for applying spray plastic 98:2 (two lines).
