Question. You said there was 3 bolts up top and one on the bottom. But the headers have 10 holes in them? What are the other for?

I just recently purchased this for a 2013 lancer and man it's loud. My first time doing headers not sure if it's supposed be a little loud.

Yes it will be louder than stock.

although i do have to backtrack because i can smell fumes i probably didn't tighten something tight enough which may also explain an abnormal loudness (by which i mean setting off car alarms loud).

Make sure you replace the 2 bolt gasket and reuse the donut gasket.

Update: the issue was fixed, the pipe that went on to the donut gasket was cock eyed so it wasn't on correctly. I also did add the washers in between the flange the only issue I had was determining if I had the old style or the new one. Other than that it works like a charm.

i cant seem to take out the 19mm nut out, the stock one is too tight, can u please help? also wat gun is best to take the nuts out?

Spray some WD 40 on it and wait around 5-10 mins then try again

What do you mean "Cali Spec?" Does it mean Lancers that are bought in California?

I know it's been 6 years lol, but I think he means the pzev Lancers. They go along with additional emissions equipment that some carb states follow. Not all Lancers are pzev, some are fed emissions levels (levii I think?)
