This is the story behind my race bike that I built and raced at Moto America with no race experience or knowledge of Road Racing whatsoever!!

Like how you jumped in from start to finish, all the hard work you put into this endeavor. 👍

That’s awesome! I love the way it feels when you dive into a turn, lean the bike over, feel the wiggle of the rear wheel and snap right up. Most people don’t get a chance to do that on a track.

Would you consider making a "How I got here video"? In the sense of, how you got into building bikes, to then being on tv shows, in magazines, being an invited builder, turning RS into a buddy and getting access to his shop etc.

I’ve done a lot of articles and podcasts explaining that - but through KZbin I think I’ll explain more more regularly then I do on other social medias 👍🏼

I would be interested in seeing that too !

Awesome Story .. When I first started watching a KZbinr by the name of itchy boots don’t know if you’ve heard of her but she rode at that time Royal Enfield Himalayas, I thought they were made in England imagine my surprise when I found out they were made in India anyway how did you get that number on the front of your bike did you pick it or did you just get lucky 😂🤘🏼

Thanks, Racers usually pick their own #s. I just thought being # 69 would be funny… turns out it’s the # of one of the most legendary road racers of all time 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I had no idea

Those rearsets are the nicest I've seen for the Conti GT but they must be one offs because they're not at S&S and I can't find anything that even closely resembles them 🙁
@actuallyitsaxel6 ай бұрын
Ya they are one offs that S&S made for us for this program
@guywihn16586 ай бұрын
@@actuallyitsaxel Thank you. I miss the days when you could reach S&S anytime you liked and they would rummage through their stock to see if they could find a long discontinued part for you. I don't give up easy though so I'll be contacting a dealer to see what they can find out for me. Really liked this video a lot!

Well if you wanted a teacher about road racing I would think he would be a fine start for your learning curve?
