Road rage - assault

Driving up a back lane I met this white van driver. He wanted me to reverse all the way back down the lane when he had a bay just around the corner behind him. He tried to persuade me it wasn't there and when I told him I knew it's there something flipped and he reached in the van to punch me. I saw it coming and moved out of the way and he caught my shoulder.
Seems he can't reverse properly as he had to correct himself a couple times.

Either that van driver can't drive worth a shit, or he was under the influence of something. Fuck me it was a straight road and he turned it into a slalom!
