Seems quirkily deceptive in furniture arrangement. Couch against corner wall under a TV? Does that seem natural to many when they think of it? Yea, okay maybe to make living room look more spacious? Water stained wall in corner?

It’s sad that it’s way over priced. If it had been set at a reasonable price I would have applied . It would have to be much lower so that we could build on and add more house to it. Who pays $444,800 for a two bedroom? Not me that’s for sure and no basement and not insulated. We just sold a a frame cabin for $90,000 on the cape on the water.
