ROAD TEST G KINGSTON, ONTARIO

I did my Full G Road Test today (January 16th 2024) and it was exactly this route. It was snowing heavily, though. Therefore, a little bit different from the YT video. But I wanted to give a huge shout to you, thanks for your video! It helps getting used to the roads and signs.

I did that exam but they reproved me. I make the check shoulder anytime and check the mirrors but the examiner put other things on the report. Told me that i was driving to slow and i didn't reach the 100 kmh but there were traffic barrels in the highway and I couldn't go faster than the traffic. O don't know if that examiner have a different way of score or is a bias

Sometimes if it’s traffic and you cannot cross 95, then might have to change lanes if they do not ask you. They check if you are aware of situations, rest depends on day. You can check with some professional for couple of classes, would help you.

I did look on the lind spots and still failed like whats up with that

You might have to ask them for the sheet to download which will tell you the mistakes you did during the test.

Hello I want to ask if there's any( no turn on red lights) sign board at any right turns in this route?? We can take right turn even if there's no incoming traffic when red lights are on?

yes you can turn on red light and there is no turn on red light sign up board in this route. Make sure you double check the route as this video is 1 year old, I do not know if they have changed the route though.

As far as I remember, they only checked the break’s and side signal lights.

@@tigerminecraft1839 They didn’t ask but before test there is a form so I mentioned at least more than 10 times. It was 2 years ago, not sure if anything has changed now

wait correct me if I'm wrong, but you turned on an amber light at 10:30 before crossing the line. Don't they normally fail you for that?

my car was in moving position and someone was closely behind me, stopping would make it dangerous.It depends on situation.

I cannot guarantee when the route would be changed. I am not a instructor. This was my g road test which I recorded last year august. You need to ask instructor if the route has been changed.

Since April rules have been changed temporary because of backlog. No parallel parking, three points turn, no residential area no emergency parking nothing and no reverse parking. I am not sure now if it still there ,l. You could check it on service ontario website.

Please suggest what should be the ideal speed after signalling and moving to exit ramp . Should we take off the foot from gas padel OR we should maintain 100 speed until Exit ramp starts.

@@kalbemohammad8042 We have to maintain speed between 95 and 100 even after signalling and in exit lane until the next board comes showing as 40,50 when we have exited completely.The foot be on the pedal until there is a requirement further for brakes.
