Ok not being critical but i have a question on your throwing drills starting around 18:00. Is it the camera angle or are you trying to do drills "open"?? Would like to see you doing those slightly closed. Other than that, just watch your head going left.....keep working.

When your doing the medball throws against the wall does it ever hurt or pinch your rear delt? Mine always hurt when I’m doing them, is there a reason for that?

Nah it doesn’t rly bother me. Work on T-spine mobility that may help. Or just scap movement in general

so i'm a 15 y/o 5'8 160lb pitcher that can throw 78-81 but i can never seem to keep that velo after the first inning and i drop down about 5 mph and lose any command i had, why is this, should i focus on not throwing as hard and just controlling, do i work on my mechanics, or do i just hit the weight room more
