@American_Redneck count your calories for the next month. Reduce down to 1800 a day. Minor cardio and high reps of medium weights and you'll drop below 200 in a month or less.

Fatboys motivation is very similar to me, I was always envious of guys that had veins popping out of their arms and I never had that, I was obese too, I ended up getting weight loss surgery and dropped from 144kg(317lbs) to currently 82kg(180lbs) and have now got those popping veins even without a pump and I can't help but look at/feel them all the time haha I think it's every fat boys dream. I know how you feel fat boy

Heads up there are plenty of studies that say allowing body to recover longer is better.. high weight short reps longer recovery days quicker gains than pushing it.. example heavy upper one day heavy lower body next and two to three day recovery between..fill in w one or two days of cardio

Hey fatboy! well rootin for ya to becoming fitboy lol try looking into the carnivore diet I've bin eating this way since Jan 12th this year and have lost 80 lbs and feel amazing! Information is gone in my knees and back etc. And with it being high protein building muscle is a breeze. Even WSM Eddie Hall is doing it.
