I'll be in Maui in a few weeks and I think I've decided to take the classic route but drive all the way to Hana first and then make our stops coming back. But how can I use the app to do it that way or can I use the app going backwards that way? I know there's a reverse option but that's taking the back side to get there and that route scares me. Can you start that app at the 7 sacred pools and just go from there?

I have been living on the Kona side of the BI for the last three months helping my grandfather maintain his coffee farm in Captain Cook, and was thinking about visiting Maui in January as a break for a couple weeks :) Any rental or airbnb tips for a local haole whos never been to Maui?
