3 cups of rices is good for 2 people,wash the rice 2 times, and after put 2 and half cup of water,boil it,,and after boiling you will see the water drained adjust the temperature of heat low,, and how to cook beef with soup,cut in 2 inches square boil it first 1 hour and and put the potato add garlic , union, black pepper,and fish sauce or salt,,,and bok choy,,dont over cooked the bok choy 3 minutes is enough

yeah. Manny is not eating the complete nutritious food. He feeds with rice and beef. Ariza relies on allegedly vitamins mixed with water. Manny's food lacks the necessary fiber in his food.

@GeGeMus12 its a filipino thing/mentality, ive tried to get my mom and aunts to eat more vegetables but I fail big time lol. It also depends on where in the philippines they are from, some places have more vegetables than meat. Some places have more meat and rice than vegetables.
