When you think about it the easiest way to beat a madness combat mc is to just give someone a shotgun with a shell that backfires on the user then wait for the dude to pick it up

Hmmmm, maybe if the gun had a switch that could make it either fire normally or fire backwards, it'd work like a charm, look; The enemy fires a few rounds at the MC, knowing the MC will catch up and kill him soon, so he decides to empty his load and secretly turn on the switch while reloading it, since most madness MCs commonly kill enemies while reloading, that means he will come at him. Now that the shotgun is loaded and switched up, then the MC will most likely grab it, seeing shotguns are an extremely powerful weapon, and fights mostly happen in close-quarter, sealed shut environments, which shotguns mostly excel in as they were made for close-quarter combat. Would work perfectly, flawless plan.
