Love the irelia gameplay! You should try exhaust instead of ignite. If your gonna go all in try to fish out your opponent's strongest skill then use exhaust with W so you tank all of the damage Edit: if your opponent is heimer or zyra, you could time your dash on their summons to proc out your passive if the minions aren't low hp

Always felt like Irelia is great 1v1 but when you're off CD it's a struggle bc you need 3 often. Would a Navori crit Irelia work? Did you ever try?
