I've been battling a knee injury for about 4 years now. My physical therapist massaged my IT band too a few times during my recovery and I was screaming in pain; I know how much it hurts. Physical therapy can be painful and tedious at times but you can get through it! Stay strong, Turin!

I had full soccer ACL MCL tear too. I was in surgery and put in recovery for 6-8 months. All in the summer. I am glad Turin doing well.

I had Knee pain yesterday. I elevator my knee on a pillow the pain is gone you should try it Turin it some times it helps Turin just an idea for Turin knee pain. The fair looked so much fun and the hay ride. Awesome video. Remember I am always here to help out and for advice 😊

Knee injuries are the worst. I had one in my early twenties and took about 3 months of going to the physio every week and I had to do physio exercises for 30mins 2x per day, everyday to strength my leg muscles around the knee and correct the problem. I assume Turin is doing physio everyday? But it is always tricky with knees to know exactly what’s causing the pain. Hope it gets better!

Love Fall festivals and it’s so good to see them back! Ava was rocking those games! Our son is very sensitive to loud noises like that at festivals and the like. He has custom molded ear plugs from our Childrens Hospital Audiology department. They are a really cool bright green color and they have different levels of filters. You might want to check into them for Landon. I think there are some similar on Amazon too. They have allowed him to do so many more things that he couldn’t otherwise.
