Aren't eddoes supposed to be reaped when the plant starts drying up ?

Once they’re 6 months they can be reaped. It’s not necessary that they all have to turn because the whole field won’t turn at the same time. When they’re dried up it means they’re overdue and definitely past six months. But when they’re six months they’ll start turning yellow
