I really hope you send Silence so you finally get the credit you deserve. I think that's the best way to cement your 9c climber status and inspire other top pros to come to the Verdon to try DNA and the other amazing routes you have opened there. Unlike other climbers I know nothing would make you happier than to see them repeated.

I saw the same with gisolfi: NEVER hang yourself into a lose web sling, ESPECIALLY if its dyneema. They can't take dynamic forces. So the sling in thos case is far too long, you fall 1m into a static sling, it will be close to breaking and even if it holds, you are going to break your hips. That again shows how you mist know your climbing gear. If you make a rope change, fine but then use a sling that is almost as short or a connect adjust.
