If ever there was a fan-favorite competitor at the Arnold Strongman Classic, it is Rogue Athlete Hafthor Bjornsson. The Icelandic Strongman will make his 8th appearance at the Arnold this year, coming off his best finish ever of second place in 2017. "The Mountain" will have to battle fellow Rogue Athlete and 3-time Arnold champion Brian Shaw for that top podium spot. But if his training is any indication, he's ready for war.

Of course he trains hard and is one of the best but he is mostly even for being in this industry on serious medication. I think he spends around 20 to 30k a year on Juice. The heavy use of roids the eating of like 4 to 5 pounds of meat and the kind of training is the reason that strongman and pro bodybuilders are known to be lucky if they make it to 60+.
