I like that use of the yoke. I'll have to do that with ours. With the sled you have to turn it around to maintain the height you use. I like that with the yoke you just move to the other side. We always carry it and never considered pushing it since we have sleds...duh.

So are the top crossfit competitors tested for PED's year-round? When I looked it up it appeared they were just being tested before the games. Wouldn't it be possible to do PED's almost all year right up until the games or x amount of time before the testing for the games? I seriously doubt there is not rampant doping in Crossfit like in almost any other competitive athletic sport. It's just a matter of who's getting caught and who's staying ahead of the tests
