While he’s there pound it into Nate’s head to learn to use some expo!! It makes it smoother! I may crash at full throttle but it’s gonna go in smooth and look like I planned it!

I like to run 50-60% expo on my 3d birds. 20-30% on jets seems to work good for me. I don't really even use dual or triple rates any more.

It would totally be worth hanging out with Nate n Abby to get to fly the Habu! 😜 Thanks for the video.

Never knew Nate and Abby fly without expo. Just another example of the exclusive content we get on your channel Grandpa Gary- keep up the excellent work. :)

Hi Gary. I've seen many of your videos, but I'm curious how you would compare this 6S Habu SS 70mm with your 6S Viper 70mm? BTW - only real men us EXPOH! 🙂

I love putting the great up on the Viper and zooming around on rails. I feel like the performance range of the Viper is just better than the Habu.

Nice Flight! Look like a great plane. Every time you fly an EDF it gets me thinking I NEED one! I keep resisting but don’t know how much longer I can resist. Lol. Which one do you think would be good starter EDF? Thanks for sharing.

It really depends how much you have! 😅🤣 But seriously! How much room, money, and batteries. The UMX A-10 is a great way to start if you have less space. If you have more 4S batteries than you have 6S then maybe the Habu STS. If you have everything and club members helping then start with the 90mm VIPER. It really flies great 👍 👌 This is considering that you have experience flying other planes of course.
